Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation made 1 week or more prior to your arrival date will result in a full refund. Cancellations made 5-7 prior to your arrival date will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your arrival date, or no-shows, will result in a forfeit of your deposit and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file. There is a grace period for reservations that are cancelled within 24 hours of booking. Reservations that are booked as part of a contracted group rate are subject to the agreement for the group. 

Deposit Policy: A deposit in the amount of the first night will be charged to your credit card at the time of the reservation. The remaining balance will be charged at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

• 8 days or more before arrival: Full refund.

• 5–7 days before arrival: Deposit (first night’s stay) is non-refundable.

• Within 24 hours of arrival, or in the case of a no-show: Deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file.

• Grace Period: Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking are fully refundable.

• Group Reservations: Bookings made under a contracted group rate are subject to the terms of the group agreement.

Deposit Policy
